Summary: Stayed at this lovely, clean and welcoming hotel for 3 nights. Made use of the small indoor pool and spa, enjoyed the self serve breakfast, lots of choices. Great location for visiting London and Port Stanley (30 mins and 15 mins away). A few nice walks in local parks, Pinafore has a lakefront walk and the elevated park will give a great foliage view in a few weeks.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel was very clean, the room was nice, 2 queen beds were comfy, along with the sofa bed for our family of 5 was perfect. The bathroom very clean, the dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash was great to have in the washroom. The gym, pool and hot tub was fantastic - the kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was a great asset, the only reason why I took 1 mark away, was because of the breakfast time which was from 6am to 9:30am - a bit of a short time for breakfast seeing that some people may only be waking up at that night after going around the town. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was great, was very pleased with it. The lobby and breakfast areas were really nice and it was a bonus to be attached to a plaza that had a mini mall, grocery store and stand alone stores such as Giant Tiger, Dollarama. Everything was great. One comment, it would be great if this hotel chain opened up the option of visa debit payments, as many hotels are doing this now and is a convenient and cost efficient way for many.

Summary: Very clean only thing was they didnt provide water bottles in the room. Also their latch lock was very sensitive and would lock after i left the room

Summary: Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in St Thomas was amazing!! The building is beautiful and in a very convenient spot. Love the access to the giant tiger and the Elgin Center. Staff was friendly courteous and time efficient. Coffee was always readily Available. Will definitely be staying here again

Summary: We stayed at the Holiday Inn in St Thomas on our way though. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Summary: Check in nightmare. Charged twice for a hold on room. Computer went down they said it didn’t go through but I saw it approved. Retried a 3 rd time. Used a different card too keep bills different.was passed to 3 different people finally saw a manager he said he would check the status in morning. I brought him down a copy of credit card statements saying it went though. Morning the young lady Jane got it fixed within minutes. She was your shining star. She fixed in minutes what the check in staff couldn’t do. This was our first time in your hotel. Awful bed and fridge humming kept us up we finally had to get up at 1am and unplugged it. Smoke alarm flashing white lights every few minutes. Noisy. Only really good experience was breakfast. We usually stay at comfort inn thought we would try holiday. Driving home got a call from management that they had double charged and would refund. Not a good 1st impression impression
